This is my completed write-up of my project for my NPQSL. I have also included the sponsor's comments and my additional resources I used as evidence in my project. <br /> <br /> This provides you with a good example of the balance between how much evidence needs to be written, and the types of evidence you can upload to demonstrate you have successfully met the competencies. <br /> <br /> At assessment, the sponsor's comments play an equally important part. I have included my sponsor's comments in this document.<br /> <br /> Updated as of 24/8/16 - I have now also included the feedback form from the external assessor. All projects are sent off for a pass/fail assessment, and I passed all of the competencies at first time of asking.
