<p>This is a booklet used in small group intervention regarding zones of regulation. In this session, children are taught the theory of the mind: the reptile, mammal and primate parts of the brain, and how they can self regulate. This is an experiential lesson, and to achieve the maximum effect, you would need: essential oils, stress balls, access to youtube to expose students to music and white noise and some space for movement.</p>
