The lesson focuses specifically on the growth of civilisation, covering areas such as trade, medicine, and warfare.</p> <p>This unit explores the historical significance of the Islamic Empire(s) and help pupils see parallels between different societies within this period (medieval England).</p> <p>The unit has a creative activity to be assessed at the end and has one homework incorporated.</p>
