<p>The project covers basics skills, artist and designer research, observational drawing, designing and production of a 3 dimensional final piece.<br /> This is a complete Power-Point giving outlines for each lessons, exemplar material of both artists and students work, as well as homework/extension activities including a photography element.<br /> Skills covered are one point and two point perspective.<br /> Students research iconic architecture from around the work, both historic and contemporary.<br /> The will conduct observational illustrations from local architecture.<br /> Research the architecture and designs by Spanish artist Gaudi and Austrian Hutterwasser<br /> Students are given the opportunity to design and make a 3 Dimensional final piece to illustrate the skill and and research they have done.</p>

<p>This is a full booklet, looking at nets. The booklet has been designed in the style of an action hero comic. The booklet can therefore be used as an extension activity for the student to complete the look of the comic using colour and their own design flair.<br /> The project works through the design of a net action character and its packaging. Students are introduced to different font and illustrative design techniques. The projects allows them to develop their own individual style and incorporate it into their design work.<br /> Students will learn how to create, fold and produce nets that make a 3D figure and its packaging.<br /> Please look at the free booklets that I have published so you can gain an idea of the content and detail put into my booklets. <p>A complete project to create a 3D sea-life sculpture.<br /> This is a complete project. There is a suggested weekly plan of lessons. Each lesson has a full instruction slide to help students orgainise their work. Slides showing exemplar student work, examples to ilustrate how each task should be tackled by the students. There is also template sheets, homework and assessment sheets at the end of the presentation.<br /> Students will learn key drawing and rendering skills. Observe the work of Ernst Haeckel, research aboriginal art and conduct observational studies of shells.<br /> As part of the projects students will have the opportunity to develop key mark making and rendering techniques, discuss and explore their ideas, create observational studies of the work of other artists &amp; traditional techniques used in other countries, they will generate artwork of their own based on the observations that they have done and finally create a 3D final piece of work to showcase the research, skills and observations that they have carried out.</p>
