KS4 PE workout booklet
<p>A workout booklet for KS4 students. This will be helpful with providing students with structure to their fitness lessons in a gym setting. This will be extremely helpful with a class who struggle behaviourally and require the structure to ensure they remain on task. Adding purpose to their training and keeping them engaged for the duration of the module.</p>
<p>This includes:<br />
-Progressive overload tracker (6 weeks). Students can track the weight they are lifting and for how many repetitions. Aiming to increase this each week.<br />
-Health and safety for the gym setting.<br />
-Example workouts, including: push, pull, legs, upper body, boxing fitness, calisthenics and cardio.</p>
