<p>The aim of this colour in bullet journal is the following:</p>

<li>Track fruit and veg intake</li>
<li>Track exercise/time outside</li>
<li>Track mood</li>
<li>To see if there is a correlation between how they look after their body and mood.</li>
</ul>
<p>The resource has been hand drawn and looks great being printed on A5 or A4 paper. Alternatively, it can also be downloaded as a PDF to tablet or phone and using a draw on app can be used without printing.</p>
