Resources created for KS4 Entry Level Spanish class, which can be used for KS3. Introduction to key phrases for weather, then giving a weather forecast for Spain and linking weather with seasons.

Intro of phrases for household chores with challenges. Then inclusion of adverbs in sentences to say how often you do different chores. Also intro to ich muss + infinitive and the different forms of mussen, with finally a short sample text at the end. Can be used for both KS3 or KS4

Powerpoint to introduce concept of je joue or je fais with a whiteboard challenge towards the end. Additional tasks to support the pupils learning - pairwork speaking, O & X game and worksheets. Linked to section 4.2 of Metro 1.

Intro to how to form adjectives with nouns, starting with masculine nouns and then feminine nouns. There is also a colour vocab sheet for students, as well as differentiated worksheets. This is the Spanish version of a French resource I supplied previously.

Introduction to clothing in German and revisit of articles (einen/eine/ein). 2nd ppt also gives students opportunity to use colours as adjectives. I use the vocab sheet to cut up for the students to put in their exercise books, and as a reinforcement I use the OHT version to type up English meanings in a different colour by questioning the class.
