I was super inspired to make these cards from a session on well-being from my last university module ‘Promoting Positive Mental Well-being’ that I had to create a keychain of quick breathing/calming exercises to do in the classroom. My personal favourite is the ‘Mindful Safari’ activity and I had to put my favourite animals as a picture!
