Adjectives Double Lesson

A double lesson focusing on being able to use and identify adjectives.

Included in the resource is:
A double lesson presentation that includes key discussions, examples and practise before then being able to move on independent activities.

Activities for both lessons including:
The first lesson having an activity where children use adjectives to describe images provided before then being asked to add an adjective to an already identified noun. No answer sheet is provided for this due to the open nature of the tasks.

The second lesson activity then requires children to identify adjectives in a sentence before rewriting the sentences with different adjectives. An answer sheet is included as well as a support sheet for lower attainers that identifies the nouns to try and help them find the adjectives.

There is also an adjective word mat included (black and white and coloured background versions) to support the various tasks.
