This resource includes all lessons for a short project on lighting inspired initially by Cornelia Parker and Tom Raffield. There are 50 slides, covering an introduction to the project and the artists, mood board and design pages, observational drawing prototyping, presentation and evaluation.
It was written as a skills development project for new year 12 students on the AQA 3D Art and Design course, and assessment objectives are referenced throughout. The tasks use primarily paper, wire and card but could be adapted if you wanted to use other materials.
There are printable worksheets, flipped learning opportunities and lots of examples of ideas for students to help them along the way.
