This is a cut and paste resource and relates to matching lowercase letters to uppercase letters, tracing letters and choosing the correct pictures that begin with the sound of the letters.

Activity:

• Students should match the uppercase letter on the penguin’s tummy with the correct lowercase letter. They should carefully cut around the hat showing the matching lowercase letter and glue it onto the outline of the penguin’s hat.
• Trace the lower and uppercase letters.
• Color one of the pictures that begins with the letter sound shown on the penguin.

List of correct pictures to colour: apple, bicycle, car, dog, elephant, feet, guitar, house, igloo, jellyfish, kite, ladder, mittens, needle, octopus, penguin, queen, robot, scissors, tent, upside down, volcano, walrus, x-ray, yo-yo, zebra.
