This lesson looks at the idea of whether humans are special, or just sophisticated animals and reasons why. This includes ideas of morality and spirituality.
It includes religious ideas from Christianity and Hinduism, in addition to a touch on Judaism and Islam.
After this lesson, I showed a documentary ( https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x3cmd6o ) to the class to be able to engage in class discussion and for pupils to gauge their own ideas.
