This a a 12 week project around the theme ‘Insects’. It is a KS3 project and aims to build upon the basic skills introduced at the start of the year.
The project includes
- Pencil drawing (with measurement strategies)
- Pen drawing (advancing textures skills)
- Oil pastel drawing (colour layering)
- Presentation and evaluation skills
- Development of pattern inspired by insects
- Rotational Polytile pattern
- The presentation also contains alternative routes towards and end project at the end.
