This is a four lesson activity on the decision to drop the atomic bombs on Japan. It finishes with a class debate and includes sources and arguments for and against the dropping of the bomb, plus assessment materials for pupils to self and peer assess their parts in the debate. All materials are included, except for the DVD from the World at War Series about the dropping of the bombs.
