This is a great autumn activity for infant ESL. It has been created with a beautiful collection of autumn images and contains activities for revising spelling and counting with the autumn theme.

This autumn activity pack contains a collection of autumn leaves with letters and numbers on them that the children can move around and combine to spell out fall words or to practise counting. Physical manipulation is key with infants and this activity engages them and catches their imagination.

A blank version of leaves have also been included to allow the option of them writing the letters to give writing practice.

To maximise the use of the fall activity you can have them copying spellings or take it further and ask them questions and have them answer with their leaves. For those kids who don´t enjoy spelling, this is a much more fun and hands on experience for them.

There is also an autumn activity for textures so students can learn about different textures which is especially exciting around autumn time and have fun searching for items in the classroom or in nature to match the images of autumn. Or you can use it as a colour dictation to improve their listening and have them listen and colour the items.
