KS3 Physics Lesson on Balanced & Unbalanced Forces

Slides are fully animated, with constant AfL, scaffolding of learning and review of objectives.

LO1: State what is meant by a balanced & unbalanced force and be able to describe the effects of both balanced and unbalanced forces on an object (Level 3)
LO2: Describe and be able to interpret from a free body diagram whether the forces are balanced or unbalanced (Level 4)
LO3: Explain and be able to calculate the resultant force using (Force=Mass✕Acceleration) to work out the amount of acceleration or deceleration (Level 5)

Slides also include keywords on each slide and Stretch & Challenge for each activity. Interleaving Questions included at the start of each lesson.

This is excellent. There's a lot of thinking and effort that has gone into this. The only criticisms I have is that it's not indicated where learners are supposed to do the sheets (I usually put a picture of the sheet up) and you could embed the YouTube video (excellent choice - I use that one myself often and it works well with SEAL/SEL). Otherwise outstanding! Thank you.
