Four powerpoints providing a variety of class, individual or research/project based resources to teach the background to these events at both KS3 & 4. There are activities around the historical, cultural and political facts as well as a look at the fashion of the times and an opportunity for pupils to be creative and imagine themselves as the aristocracy before La Terreur…always nice to accompany any of the resources with the Soffia Coppola film, Marie-Antoinette which allow pupils to com out of their imaginations and onto the screen!
