This power point looks at how behaviour needs to have a graduated response, and how it is important for all staff to understand what this graduated response should be for each form of behaviour. There are also three scenarios that can be discussed to ensure responses to situations are consistent.
I have also created a worksheet that every member of staff can then keep as a reference once the workshop has been completed. This means that when you have established what the first, second, third and fourth responses are for your setting, staff can consistently apply them. This worksheet could be used throughout the year at meetings to keep behaviour management high profile.
