An automatic binary and hexadecimal converter that clearly models to pupils the process!
The use of colour coded values, and the inclusion of adding the corresponding values has helped many of my pupils aged 11-16 to understand the process of converting binary to and from denary.
In addition to this, I have included a LIVE worked example detailing the process of converting binary numbers into hexadecimal values - highlighting corresponding values on a truth table.
Also includes modelling of binary addition that clearly shows pupils the use of carrying values.
