This lesson has been created using the AQA Scheme of Work for the Life in Modern Britain Unit and also using current information.
The lesson looks at the role of the EU, and the advantages and disadvantages of the UK being part of the EU. It also looks at why people voted to leave the EU, which can promote discussions in class. There is also a plan on the lesson to answer exam-style question on Brexit, which has proven to be a success with my Year 11s. The worksheet attached is used for the whole lesson, which saves you from printing.
