Therapeutic Intervention for Teenagers encouraging mindfulness, recognising strengths, ways of coping, support system, core values and beliefs, protective systems and public and private self. This is a great self-reflective and growth mindset resource to support teenagers by not only focusing anger management but all of the contributing functions of behaviours in a therapeutic, non-threatening and empowering way.

This is a great quick and easy resource to incorporate CBT & DBT skills into therapy. The metaphor of “building your own house” is symbolic of someone who is building and reflecting on their own self and what they need to be happy, healthy and resilient. Various areas of the house has been used to help break down key areas of self reflection. These explore the following:
