This resource is aimed at KS4 students and is useful as it covers the following learning objectives...

Describe the operation of some safety features of cars in simple terms.

Explain the effect of using more than 1 safety feature in the design of a car.

Link scientific principles, such as impulse, to explain in detail the operation of a range of car safety features.

There are differentiation opportunities for lower and higher ability students (check the green challenge questions). I have also included feedback boxes, in which you should put students names to keep individuals engaged and ready to learn and feedback. Also attached are a series of videos to compliment and give further depth to the lessons.
