This half-termly unit of work is designed to help prepare students for the CCEA GCSE English Language Unit 4 Creative writing. The unit focuses specifically on developing narrative writing skills by looking at good and engaging models of texts and identifying successful features before moving to students composing their own creative pieces. I have included a 53 slide teaching PPT plus all eleven resources in both word and pdf formats. This unit is accompanied by a detailed set of teacher’s notes.
