Cells

This simple power point is suitable for introducing cells to students. It explains the difference between animal and plant cells and lists basic organelles (cell membrane, nucleus, cytoplasm, mitochondria, cell wall, vacuole and chloroplasts). It gives a brief function of each organelle. There are two matching activities within the power point which can be printed from the doodle notes file. There is also a starter and plenary included in the lesson. Ideal for an introduction to cells lesson. The doodle note file contains two worksheets with 3 possible challenge levels to each. There are answer keys included.
