Coaching Cards

TEACHER © is a coaching model, that can be used for coaching or mentoring staff, or for coaching or tutoring pupils.
This resource is designed to be printed as a set of cards. The cards can be used as part of a staff appraisal. There are key cards that should be part of all appraisals, but extra cards can be introduced, as the appraiser becomes more confident at delivering a coaching style appraisal.
The cards can also be used by staff as part of their personal development, as they highlight tasks to identify strengths, weaknesses and goals, and advice on creating an action plan.
