This booklet is a 32 page book that can be printed and then turned into a stapled booklet if your photocopier allows. It has all the RWI phonics information for parents and children as well as having lists of all the red and green words. It has a section of alien words and also polysyllabic words at the back of the book to ensure children have support for the phonics screening test.
All words have been typed up by myself and no RWI material has been used in the booklet.
This has been used in our school for every child to have access to to support their learning, and can also be sent home for parents to better understand what RWI is and how it can support the year 1 phonics screening test.
