Cracking Code Breakers reveals the lesser known Second World War story of Colossus, the world’s first electronic programmable computer that was invented by Tommy Flowers, a General Post Office (GPO) engineer and cracked top secret German messages from Hitler. Use this resource to inspire your students with a unique story of engineering ingenuity and to make connections between computer technology in the past and the present day.
