Through three tasks the students will be asked to use their knowledge of the Second World War before 1944 to determine whether or not the D-Day landings were likely to be prevented. Really good lesson - I adapted it slightly to have half the class as British and the other half as German so they could compare ideas and conclude with a silent debate.
