The 5 question starter on the power point relates to the Parliamentary Sovereignty. This can be changed if you have not yet studied this topic. The lesson should take approx 60 mins. There are suggested timings in the powerpoint at the end of the slide. In addition to the starter, there are 3 tasks and a plenary.
