Design Technology Research and Design Project: Sandwich Boxes

A four-lesson unit (although lesson 3 where the children create their boxes took two lessons!) to research, design, create and evaluate their sandwich boxes. The final box design itself is as the resource file picture shows, not triangular, but contains photographic steps for the children to follow. I used this lesson unit with a mixed Year 3/4 class (who got very into it), but have made these boxes with Year 5 before as well. This unit does not include actually making the sandwiches, but that could be included also.
