Delivers a range of manufacturing skills across a range of materials to build skills and exposure. We deliver this as a training project to our Y12 DT students but could easily be delivered lower down the school with support. Materials include aluminium, hardwood, polystyrene. Main Manufacturing techniques include marking out, mortise cutting, metal lathe turning, vacuum forming.
