Students learn about Roald Dahl’s life (by reading a biography) and practise questions with ‘do’ or ‘be’ in this info gap created for 3 groups (A, B, C). Starter and extension activities included.
This lesson combines grammar and integrated skills. Students need to work collaboratively in different group arrangements, catering for a variety of working styles. The materials are simple and there is high level of student interaction, making this a low prep, high impact lesson. The lesson s adaptable to different class sizes and proficiency levels and includes follow-up exercises for more advanced students.
