Including: what most concerns members of Congress (e.g. money, the ‘folks back home’, or leadership?) an assessment of whether Congress functions more effectively when houses are united or divided, an assessment of leadership in Congress (looking at the role of the Speaker, the Minority Leaders in the House and Senate (and the de facto majority leader of the Senate)) and, of course, an assessment of the oft-quoted idea that Congress is the ‘Broken Branch’ in comparison to the Executive and the Judiciary.
