This is a free preview of the first three lessons of the unit of study I put together to teach the Edexcel Paper 1, Unit 13: Migrants in Britain c800-Present unit.
Included are PDFs of the introduction lesson and lessons about the Vikings (including the York case study). The unit I put together was organised chronologically, rather than the thematic approach of the official Edexcel textbook, as I felt this would be easier to follow for students.
Task referring to a textbook relate to the official Edexcel 9-1 Migrants textbook (with Claudia Jones on the cover).
