Elements of Art Vocabulary Word Wall Cards: LINE (with activities)

These Line Games and Activities are useful for developing and consolidating skills and concepts related to Line as an Element of Art. The activities can be used as a warm-up, brain breaks, or transition activities, or form the basis for an entire lesson or series of lessons.

The Line Games and Activities can be adapted for small or large groups, or individuals. Some can be used as a “station” activity. They can be differentiated by including the simpler or more difficult line descriptors, or changing the number required. Suggestions for varying or extending each activity are included.
