This is a twenty-four paged booklet that I designed for adult learners who were completing a Level 1 City and Guilds Employability/ Personal Social Skills Course. This booklet is for the ‘Equality and Diversity’ module.
All the questions meet the qualification criteria. As a tutor you can either go through the booklet page by page, using it as the base for your lesson plan or give the learners the book as a research project.
I have created questions, scenarios and tasks for the following topics:

- Stereotyping
- Discrimination ( Direct and Indirect)
- Prejudice
- Key Legislation against Discrimination

- Give examples of how diversity can benefit society.
- State the difference between discrimination and prejudice
- List the areas of discrimination covered by legislation
- Give an example of direct discrimination
- Give an example of indirect discrimination
