Flapjack recipe

This recipe was taken from a Quaker Oats box many years ago, and they recommended either a 6 inch square or 7inch round tin. (I added the suggestion for extra fruit). Today’s tastes are for deeper flapjacks, but if you scale up the recipe remember it will need more time to cook.<br /> It is always wise to test a recipe before doing it with a class, to pre-empt any adaptations you might need to make.
