This is a plan and resources for a French lesson covering favourite animals. It is suitable for using with KS2. The children learn the vocabulary for eight different animals and how to talk about their favourite animals in French.
The plan gives details of a starter, how to teach the vocabulary, a listening game, a speaking activity, writing task and plenary. It is highly interactive and allows children to practise a range of language skills.
