Two-page activity worksheet on Marie Antoinette, in French, from a series on French culture and history topics. Aimed at around A2 on the CEFR scale (ideal to challenge proficient Key Stage 3 or 4 groups).
Presents fourteen vocabulary items, a ‘potted history’, and associated activities that focus on key facts and events from Marie Antoinette’s biography and the French Revolution. The goal is to support general reading skills; students are challenged to understand words in context and gist.
Intended as a short class project unit, it also works well as a homework or cover worksheet; a full answer key is included.
