This is an easy to play 30 minute dice game to practice the French present subjunctive with 30 different verbs including regular ER, IR and RE verbs + YER verbs, ÊTRE, POUVOIR, LIRE, PRENDRE, ALLER, DIRE, APPRENDRE, SORTIR, AVOIR, SAVOIR, ÉCRIRE, COMPRENDRE, VOIR, FAIRE, CONDUIRE, BOIRE, VENIR, DORMIR, VOULOIR, METTRE and PARTIR. Many expressions that are followed by the subjunctive are also used in this fun game.
My high school students love this dice game, and it can get very competitive if you decide to play it as a race (details are explained in the instructions).
Students divide up into teams and play a dice game, the dice determining which subject and infinitive to conjugate in the present subjunctive.
