A 48-slide revision package written to support the AQA GCSE (9-1) Media Studies course 2023 specification. This can be projected with the class, completed by the pupils in using computers or photocopied onto A4/A5 and used as a homework project.
The package deals with the key media theories outlined by AQA and links to the CSPs. It also covers key media language and terms linked to various CSPs with pupil activity involved. The final slides deal with key terms that may be assessed for 2 mark responses and then more detailed exemplar questions for 6, 8 and 12 mark questions.

This is such an excellent resource BUT I saw it was updated this year and so downloaded it but have found that it isn't up to date for the upcoming exams. It will still save you hours but if you download it, just make sure you edit it to ensure the CSPs match those the students have studied.
I bought the Represent Unit when I first started teaching this in September, hoping I could steal a few bits and it would make life a bit easier, as I've never taught GCSE Media before. I ended up using all of it and I've bought lots of the other units too now. Thank you so much! This has saved me hours of work and research and my high-level SEN students really respond to it. This is a really useful resource. Lots of information, sections for pupils to complete, key AQA terms and questions to structure revision. I've printed it off A5 booklet and given as an Easter revision project. Saved me hours. Thank you for all your resources.
