When I downloaded this resource, it was missing the Biology Paper 1. When I emailed Kriss telling him that is was missing, I was told I had downloaded incorrectly. A week later - after the exam - Kriss told me the paper was now available to download. Clearly, this was too late to be of any use to me - I asked for a refund 5 days ago and have recieved no reply.
