This is a nice puzzle on prime numbers, students are challenged to test the Goldbach conjecture by writing some numbers as the sum of three primes. There is a number grid on the slide which you could mark the prime numbers on if students needed help recalling them. This is an ideal opportunity to check understanding of primes and the meaning of the word sum. You could use this as a starter or plenary when working on number types or on written or mental addition. Thank you for sharing.
