Unfortunately, this type of lesson is the reason we need more education around homophobia. 'Spot the gay' and debating what kind of homophobic attack is worse is quite offensive to myself and other members of the LGBT community. The point of these lessons, surely, should be to remind students that everyone is equal (e.g. stop pointing and staring and all forms of homophobia is wrong). And is it really okay to give the examples highlight here and ask students to determine which is worst (AIDS victims, paedophiles etc)???
A great idea. This will help us me in my citizenship day. To create a interesting task but hopefully learning plenty
