This download teaches children about how electricity travels in one complete lesson.

There is a detailed 32 slide PowerPoint which explains what secondary energy means, the difference between static and current electricity, how electricity gets to your home and how solar energy powers home. There are also differentiated, 7-page, worksheets to allow students to demonstrate their understanding. I have also included a video of my own science lesson (using these resources) which took place online for teacher’s understanding or to show the class. After the lesson children can take part in a digital escape room to practice their new knowledge.
