Introduction to the English Civil War

The power point is altered and adapted from the original by ESKIMOMELON (thanks for that). There are posters to be stuck up around the room and students are to investigate, then pair and share the ideas to enable them to complete a card sort. Initially this is on a Venn diagram (the slide from the power point will need printing) and then to be prioritised into a 'diamond nine' exercise. These can be modelled and so a slide that has historical language and connectives on it.
