This resource contains a powerpoint with information on James Dyson and his contribution to technology. There are two main tasks with this resource that take around 2-3 lessons to complete.
Learning objective:
To gain understanding about the influential designer Sir James Dyson and how his products revolutionized home appliances.
Task 1: **
Students to read the summary text on James Dyson and use the information to support them in answering exam style questions.
Once students have completed this there is a small drawing task where students can practice sketching skills by drawing out Dyson products.
Task 2:
Use ACCESS FM to develop a compare and contrast of two products - one being a Dyson product and the other a competitor on the market. Student can the develop an evaluation of their findings.
