Key Stage 2 Reading Domain Assessment Record

This Key Stage 2 Reading Domain Assessment Record allows you to keep track of how each child is performing against the reading domains of Key Stage 2. It is A3 in size and can be printed back to back to allow one sheet to have the whole class on it. There are two versions. One is linked to VIPERS if you use that. The other one has the VIPERS row removed, if you don’t use it. It can be used as a tick sheet for when you see evidence of a particular domain, either verbally or in children’s follow up reading tasks. A Key Stage 1 version is also available.
