This unit of work contains 8 lessons including an end of unit assessment on the industrial revolution for key stage 3.
Each lesson contains a range of activities based on all assessment objectives. Resources are either contained as separate documents or within the power points for printing.
All aspects of the industrial revolution are included and they contain evaluative studies of key people and events. This is useful to teach in September to lay the foundations for October’s Black History month when the role of slavery in enabling the industrial revolution can be studied.
