It stems from the ‘The Tiny Seed’ book (by Eric Carle) with the outcome being a setting description based upon Spring but this can be adapted for any season or setting. Includes immersion, skills building, shared and model write and editing lesson.
2-3 week unit with all the lessons, PowerPoints and resources provided, including differentiated resources and word banks.
Made for a Year 2 group but very easily adapted to Year 1-4.
